3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:
- Valid email address for account verification and communications
- Secure password meeting our security requirements
- Complete profile information including your full name and contact details
- Business information relevant to your tracking needs
3.2 Profile Management
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your account profile, including:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Business information (company name, website URL, platform type)
- Billing and address information for payment processing and invoicing
- Account preferences and notification settings
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your account credentials and maintaining password security
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches
- Using two-factor authentication when available
3.4 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon account deletion:
- Your access to all Services will be immediately terminated
- Your profile and project data will be permanently removed
- Generated tracking configurations will no longer be accessible
- Transaction records may be retained for legal and business purposes
- This action cannot be reversed
3.5 Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Services and Features
4.1 Core Services
TagifyPro provides the following services:
- Tracking Configuration Generation: Custom Google Tag Manager containers for various e-commerce platforms
- Platform Integration: Specialized tracking setups for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and other platforms
- Multi-Platform Support: Integration with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other tracking services
- User Dashboard: Account management, project creation, and configuration tools
- Payment Processing: Secure purchase processing and invoice generation
- Customer Support: Technical assistance and implementation guidance
4.2 Package Types
We offer different service packages with varying features:
- Basic Package: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GTM setup
- Premium Package: All Basic features plus Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, LinkedIn Tag, and advanced configurations
Package details, features, and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Project Limitations
Each account is limited to one active project to ensure focused service delivery and optimal support. If you need tracking for multiple websites or businesses, separate accounts may be required.
4.4 Generated Configurations
Our Services generate custom tracking configurations based on your specifications. These configurations:
- Are provided for your specific use case and platform
- Must be implemented according to our documentation and guidelines
- May require technical knowledge or professional assistance to implement
- Are your responsibility to test and validate before production use
- Should comply with applicable privacy laws and platform policies
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Payment Structure
Our Services operate on a one-time payment model:
- All packages require a single upfront payment
- No recurring subscriptions or monthly fees
- Payment grants lifetime access to purchased features for your account
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Comply with the payment provider's terms and conditions
- Pay all applicable taxes and fees
- Accept responsibility for any payment disputes or chargebacks
5.3 Invoices and Records
For each purchase, we provide:
- Automatically generated invoices available in your dashboard
- Complete payment history and transaction records

5.4 Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to deliverables:
- All sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded your tracking configurations
- By purchasing our services, you acknowledge receiving immediate access to digital content
- You expressly consent to immediate performance of our contract and waive any cooling-off period
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including:
- Technical issues preventing access to our services
- Fundamental service failures within 48 hours of purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with detailed justification
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes. Users with active accounts will be notified of any price adjustments before they take effect.

- Respect user privacy choices and opt-out requests
- Implement tracking in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by TagifyPro and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Our proprietary tracking configuration algorithms and methodologies
- Dashboard interface, design, and user experience elements
- Documentation, guides, and educational content
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Software code, templates, and configuration generators
7.2 License to Use
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our Services for your internal business purposes
- Use generated tracking configurations on your specified website(s)
- Download and implement our tracking solutions according to our guidelines
- Access documentation and support resources
7.3 Generated Configurations
While you receive the right to use configurations generated for your specific use case:
- The underlying methodology and generation process remains our proprietary technology
- You may not redistribute or resell generated configurations
- Configurations are licensed for use on your specified website only
- You may modify configurations for your needs but cannot commercialize them
7.4 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not warrant that our tracking configurations will:
- Improve your website performance or conversion rates
- Comply with all third-party platform requirements
- Meet your specific business objectives or expectations
- Work perfectly in all technical environments or configurations
- Remain compatible with future platform updates or changes
11.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAGIFYPRO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM CHANGES OR ISSUES
- ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES
11.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TagifyPro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Your implementation of tracking configurations
- Your violation of third-party rights or platform policies
- Your failure to comply with privacy laws or obtain necessary consents
- Any content or information you provide through the Services
13. Account Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will cease immediately
- You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations
- You may download any configurations before termination
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for business purposes
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of our Services or systems
- Non-payment of fees
- Inactivity for extended periods
- Any reason we deem necessary to protect our Services or other users
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account:
- All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
- You must discontinue all use of the Services
- You remain bound by provisions that should survive termination
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination

- We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes
- Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance
15.2 Rejection of Changes
If you do not agree to modified Terms:
- You should discontinue use of the Services
- You may terminate your account before the changes take effect
- The previous Terms will continue to apply until termination
16. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TagifyPro regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.
16.5 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.
16.6 Relationship
These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and TagifyPro. You and TagifyPro are independent parties.
